The chatbot should engage the customer in a dialogue, asking questions to collect data that can then be used to calculate the cost of transportation.
The chatbot should gather the following transportation data:
- Pickup and delivery address
- Date
- Dimensions and quantity of the cargo
- Temperature requirements
Based on this information, the customer will be provided with an estimated cost of the transportation service.
