Creating Corporate Website

I am looking to create a corporate website for my company. The website should be either in Javascript or HTML/CSS.
Our company is woking as equipment retail company, and the main idea of the website is to be an introduction for our company. It should be Responsive Web Design (RWD). The freelance should have a backend programing language.
The scope of work will be as following:
1) design the website.
2) adding the content.
3) host it and go live (already paid for hosting)
4) Train people from our company to modify it.
After submitting the website, I need all of the codes used and full copy right on the website.
General Requirement:
1) simple navigation.
2) Easy to find contact information.
3) A strong call of action.
4) A great mobile experience.
5) To be connected to Google Analytics.
6) Helping in setting SEO
Special needs:
1) customers can ask for qoutation in the website.
2) potential employee can apply through website.
3) font of the website should be eurostile.
The website is purely to show and introduce our company. However, we might add an e-commerce website in the future (separate website).
