Laravel/react dev needed

Please read before applyting:

We need a full-stack developer with experience in Laravel/react,  to check code refactoring, and fix around 20-30 bugs to get it ready for launch..
Our frontend is done in React, backend is in Laravel,  with MySQL database and platform deployed on AWS.

We are a profile-based platform that connects parents/schools with tutors, nannies, and special education personnel. Our platform is also interactive and we have features like messaging, document requests, interview requests, reviews..etc..

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE NATIVE/PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH LEVEL FLUENCY.

What we need is as follows:
1. Long Term:
Once launched, we need platform maintenance ( probably up to 10 hours monthly, this amount of hours may vary )

2. Short term:
Check quality for refactored code
Fix currect bugs

3. Short term:
Develop 2 new functionalities (referral system and integrate payment processor)
