Mobile App for Discount Voucher Code Site

The idea of the app is similar to vouchercodes.co.uk and any of the other popular discount code sites in the UK.
User searches for a brand or product and a list of corresponding discounts appears.
The user results would be taken from a backend which would collate all the data from discount code feeds (which we have).
This backend would manage the discounts and voucher codes. We have 3 or 4 feeds from different retailers., containing relevant discount codes and deals, with the brand image, description and Get Deal link.
We must have the ability to fully modify any of the codes in the backend, change or add codes, change the order amending the tracking URLS etc.
We require a registration screen. also the ability to send the user a targeted email depending on their search criteria.
Homepage would feature the top or most popular discounts (which we can choose)
