Description: We’re working with a few local restaurants that want to offer online ordering and delivery. We need an easy-to-use food delivery system where customers can browse menus, place orders, and track their delivery status. It should also allow restaurant staff to update menu items, manage orders, and process payments.
What We Need:
- Menu Management: Restaurants can add, edit, or remove items from their menus.
- Order Placement: Customers can browse menus, customize orders, and pay through the system.
- Order Tracking: Customers can view the status of their orders in real-time, from kitchen to delivery.
- Admin Interface: Restaurant staff can manage incoming orders, update the status, and handle payments.
- Support: Basic training and documentation to help restaurant staff use the system.
