Optimize: Focus on building scalable, efficient, and secure software from the outset.
Adapt: Be flexible and ready to tackle a variety of technical tasks as they arise in a startup environment.

Requirements:

Startup Enthusiasm: A passion for joining a project in its infancy and helping to build it from the ground up.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Experience with full-stack development and familiarity with building new systems is essential.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems with limited resources.
Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote environment.
Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a small, dynamic team.
Healthcare Interest: While not mandatory, an interest in healthcare and a desire to make a difference in the industry is a big plus.
