The project: 

We are in the banking sector is looking for a Salesforce/Web Developer. to join the team.

Tasks:

1. You design and implement small to medium size features end2end using the frameworks and solution building blocks in place and you maintain existing systems within your domain.
2. You specialize in one technology family used in your domain and you take initiative to learn new ones.
3. You understand and are aware of developments in your own technical discipline and you are able to recognize and translate these to your own working environment.
4. You apply engineering standards, principles, guidelines and frameworks (performance, security, re-usability, scalability, sustainability, devsecops)
5. You independently design&deliver small to medium size features with limited complexity related to different and context free system components including analysing, designing, coding and testing systems within existing architecture.
6. You are aware of problems within your domain and you develop solutions with the support of team members.
7. You take into account run aspects such as performance, capacity estimation, infrastructure architecture and monitoring.
8. You identify infrastructure needs.
9. You specify availability monitoring and health-checks.
10. You update the technical documentation.
11. You are available in case of incidents and you do permanence-on-duty when requested.
12. You proactively support other team members and you help them to be successful.
13. You coach associates.
14. You take responsibility and stimulate teamwork.
15. You execute and enforce the team processes, you make sure everybody understands the benefits and tradeoffs.
16. You work within the boundaries of security, reliability and integrity and you take initiative to improve development and performance.
17. You have an impact on the whole team.
18. You work in parallel with your peers, owning small-medium features from design to implementation.
19. You take initiative (e.g fix bugs, search for root cause).

Is this you? 

1. Medior to Senior experienced Salesforce Developer
2. Knowledge of Digital Experience / Community Cloud & Web Development.
3. Knowledgeable of the typical web development development (JavaScript, CSS, CORS, ...)
4. Knowledgeable or experienced in Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web components, SalesForce DX.
5. Experience in typical SDLC concepts & administration in standard tools such as Jira or DevOps
6. Knowledge of English is essential.
